Center Circle Health & Fitness provides private and semi-private fitness, nutrition, and health coaching. We specialize in helping people with chronic joint issues and obesity-related health issues such as arthritis and diabetes.

Whether you want to manage a health condition with a more active lifestyle, have long-term weight loss or fitness goals, deal with nagging joint/muscle issues, or are looking to return to activity after a long layoff from illness or injury - we can help!

With a strong emphasis on biomechanics, we bridge the gap between physical therapy and traditional training, producing superior results in less time.

Our training and nutrition coaching helps people with a range of health and orthopedic issues including arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension), fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, bulging or herniated discs, spondylolisthesis, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, SI joint pain, shoulder pain, low back pain, and more!

Founder, David Rodriguez, is a personal trainer, fitness writer, athlete, and dog lover with over a decade of experience helping clients live healthier lives.

Strength Training

Our unique approach builds strength and flexibility at the same time by blending traditional weight lifting with Functional Range Conditioning® and techniques from the Postural Restoration Institute®


Nutrition Coaching

 We take a three-dimensional approach to nutrition, establishing a sustainable approach to calorie intake, nutrient density, and food preference/allergy requirements. We love to eat!


Mobility Training

By restoring body awareness, improving mind-muscle connection, and reestablishing proper joint positioning and function, movement becomes freer and easier. Highly recommended for individuals with arthritis, past injuries, or chronic pain.


Weight Management

Through a habit-building approach, we focus on helping you achieve a healthy weight through gradual yet steady lifestyle changes, followed by strategies to maintain that healthy weight for life


Post-Rehab exercise

A post-rehabilitation program focuses on improving functionality, reducing pain, and furthering a client’s recovery from injury, disease, or treatment after their doctor or therapist has discharged them. We want to get you back to your pre-rehab fitness (or even better!)


Functional Movement

From getting up and down from the floor to bringing in the groceries, to sport-specific tasks, using exercises to mimic real-world situations makes you stronger and more functional outside of the gym.
