What We Do
-
We offer private 1-on-1 training to allow you the time and space to focus on achieving your health and fitness goals. These sessions are tailored to the goals you laid out during the consultation while incorporating the information from your health history and movement assessment. 1-on-1 training is perfect for individuals who want a more private, tailored session, or have a specific goal in mind that requires more individual attention
-
We offer semi-private training to allow you and a partner the time and space to focus on achieving your health and fitness goals together. These sessions are tailored to the goals you and your training partner laid out during the consultation while incorporating the information from your health histories and movement assessments. Semi-private training is perfect for friends, partners, or couples who want to support each other in improving their physical health together.
-
For individuals that need help figuring out how to eat the right foods to achieve their goals. Our 360 approach to nutrition takes into account your eating history, food preferences/allergy requirements, and appropriate calorie and macronutrient distributions for your goals. Food is meant to be enjoyed, and we want you to be able to enjoy the process of getting healthier with smarter, flavorful food options.
-
For people that can’t make it to the studio but still need individualized programs and accountability, we offer virtual training or coaching programs. Virtual training is done live via Zoom and is the same price as 1-on-1 or semi-private training.
-
Virtual Coaching is a made-for-you program that you execute on the schedule that works best for you with twice monthly video check-in calls.
How We Do It
-
Strength training is the cornerstone of building resilient bodies and robust health. Our unique approach builds strength from the inside out by blending traditional strength training with Functional Range Conditioning® and Postural Restoration® techniques. At Center Circle Health & Fitness, we take a holistic approach when creating a strength program 100% customized to you, based on the results of your assessment and your personal goals. Have you struggled with chronic pain or nagging injuries? We will teach you how to move your body with strength and purpose.
-
Do you need help getting your nutrition in line with your goals? Do you want to eat healthier but don’t know where to begin? Are you looking to lose weight or build muscle long term? Our nutrition coaching can help you establish a plan to set up small, realistic goals with actionable steps that add up to big changes. We take a three-dimensional approach to nutrition, establishing a sustainable approach to calorie intake, nutrient density, and food preference/allergy requirements (with room for fun foods as well). We don’t just help you achieve your goals; we teach you how to maintain them for the rest of your life.
-
Mobility training improves your posture and alignment, increases your active ranges of motion, and improves the strength and control of the muscles that surround each joint. Mobility training incorporates flexibility and strength, and it’s crucial in reducing pain and improving performance. Improving mobility reduces unconscious movement compensations, allowing you to be more efficient in your lifting or other activities, which translates to getting stronger, faster, and more resilient against injury.
-
The goal of a post-rehabilitation program is to provide further recovery for clients returning from any physical injury or health event. Individuals recovering from a wide range of ailments - from rolled ankles to joint replacements, cardiac events, and stroke - can benefit from participating in a post-rehabilitation program. The "post" in post-rehab means that we take over after the doctor or therapist has done their part to further the client’s complete recovery. Recovery goes beyond the hospital room and physical therapy. We want you to return to your previous activities and strength.
FUNCTIONAL RANGE CONDITIONING®
Developed by Dr. Andreo Spina, Functional Range Conditioning® is a comprehensive joint training system based on scientific principles and research. There are 3 main training goals when utilizing the FRC® system, which are all closely related and acquired simultaneously: mobility development, joint strength, and body control. Training with FRC® improves the function of your nervous system and connective tissue. This leads to a reduction of pain and injury, improved joint health and longevity, as well as an increased ability to move freely and easily in everyday situations. When each part of the body functions well, the whole body gets stronger and moves better.
Functional Range Assessment®
FRA® is a system that provides objective measures of a person’s movement capacity for each and every joint articulation. Then training inputs, utilizing FRC®, are able to be directed at the individual’s specific findings to help you develop maximum body control, joint health, and usable ranges of motion. The assessment is conducted with precise baseline measurements, which allows us to take the guesswork out of your programming. It is perfect for reliably assessing quantifiable before/after progress that you review with your trainer. This deep-dive into your movement health sets the foundation for your training program.
Mobility Restoration Classes
Mobility Restoration classes are designed for maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. It is how we apply Postural Restoration techniques and Functional Range Conditioning methods to a group setting. It is the only training we confidently recommend to anyone and everyone to enhance and complement any other physical training they perform. Many students have said it is the type of training that they didn’t know they needed.
